Podium finish for Tifft at Tri-City Raceway Park

After recently piloting a Late Model Stock Car, Matt Tifft returned to dirt racing in a 15-car Super Late Model field during Tri-City Raceway Park’s season opener on Friday evening.

Driving his GUNK No. 57 machine, Tifft finished third in his heat race on the half-mile oval in Franklin, Pennsylvania, then went on to claim the third spot in the 25-lap feature. He rounded out the podium behind Max Blair and Jon Lee, with Tyler Dietz taking fourth and Darrell Bossard coming home fifth.
